Cocktail recipes containing Brandy

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
    
Beautiful
1 oz Hennessy cognac
1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur.
    
Pour each ingredient into a brandy snifter and serve.
Brandy Alexander 
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz half-and-half
1/4 tspgrated nutmeg
    
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg
    
Brandy Manhattan
1 tsp maraschino cherry juice
1 maraschino cherry
2 dashes bitters
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 oz brandy
1 splash water.
    
Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Cherry juice and cherry, then bitters. Add brandy, then sweet vermouth. Add water, stir. Enjoy!.
    
Crispy Crunch
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Metaxa Brandy
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
 ice
Shake with ice. Strain into shot glasses.
    
Crunk Juice
8 ozcan Red Bull energy drink
1 1/2 oz Hennessy cognac
    
Pour both ingredients into a cup or glass, stir slightly, and serve
    
Egg Nog
eggs
3 pints heavy cream
1 cup granulated sugar
 nutmeg
1 cup bourbon whiskey
1 cup cognac
1/2 tsp salt
    
Beat yolks until light in color. Slowly add bourbon, cognac, while beating at slow speed. Chill 3 hrs. Add salt to whites, beat to peaks. Whip s cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into yolk mixture, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Chill one hour. Serve with nutmeg sprinkled on top. For thinner mixture add 1 or 2 cups of milk. Serve in a punch bowl or another big bowl.
    
French Connection
1 oz cognac
1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    
Combine ingredients into a snifter and serve neat, or add a small amount of ice if desired.
    
Goombay Smash
1 oz spiced rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/4 oz apricot brandy
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
    
Mix all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and shake. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
    
Hot Toddy recipe
1 tbsp honey
3/4 glass tea
2 shots brandy
1 slice lemon

Brew tea and fill a tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy
    
Hulk
2 oz Hpnotiq liqueur
1 1/2 oz Hennessy cognac
3 - 4 oz Sprite soda
    
Pour the Hpnotiq liqueur and Hennessy cognac into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Fill the rest of the glass with Sprite or 7-UP, stir well, and serve
    
Incredible Hulk recipe
1/2 oz Hennessy cognac
1/2 oz Hpnotiq liqueur
    
Stir together the Hennessy cognac and the Hypnotic tropical-fruit liqueur to make a green incredible hulk color. Serve.
    
Pisco Sour
3 parts pisco brandy
1 1/2 parts lemon juice
1 - 2 tbsp sugar
    
Add all ingredients to a mixer with ice. Shake well (until ice is melted), and serve in a cocktail glass.
    
Sidecar
1 1/2 oz cognac
1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
    
Take a lemon wedge, notch a slice into the middle and use it to moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass. Frost the moistened outer rim of the glass with superfine sugar. Shake ingredients together with cracked ice and strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist, and serve.
    
Stinger
1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz white creme de menthe
    
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
    
Tap That Ass

1 oz Hennessy cognac
1 oz Alize Red Passion liqueur
1 oz Alize Gold Passion liqueur
1 splash cranberry juice
top with soda water.
    
Fill the hurricane glass with ice. Pour the Hennessy, Red Alize, and Yellow Alize. Splash in some Cranberry Juice and top it off with soda. For garnish you can add a slice of pineapple and cherries.
    
Tom and Jerry
24  eggs
1/2 jigger rum
2 lb powdered sugar
1/2 jigger brandy
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cupboiling water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 oz vanilla
To make the batter: beat egg whites stiff with electric beator. Add sugar gradually. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Add in half of the eggs yolks, and blend until smooth.

 In a large mug fill with 1/2 batter, 2 shots of [60% rum and 40% brandy]. Balance with boiling hot water. Stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg
    
Zombie
1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice
    
Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass.
